A Favorite Sunday Morning Breakfast

Some of you know that I'm doing my best to eat clean. I botched Christmas as far as eating healthy but, I'm back on track now! I try to follow the Body for Life idea of eating healthy for 6 days a week and then eat whatever my little heart (stomach) desires the 7th day. I totally take advantage of the 7th day too. So today I'm posting our favorite Sunday morning yummy breakfast. I try to serve some berries or OJ on the side but truth be told, I could eat this yummy thing without anything else added to the menu and be just fine!! The best part is........ IT'S EASY to make.

Easy Cinnamon Roll Cake
1 loaf frozen white bread dough
1 pkg. small vanilla pudding mix powder
Cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup brown sugar packed
* Optional - Chopped Pecans
* Optional - Raisins

Thaw frozen dough slightly. Cut it in slices. Quarter the slices. Thoroughly grease a bundt pan. Drop in quartered dough pieces randomly. Mix vanilla pudding powder with cinnamon. (The amount of cinnamon depends on how much your family likes cinnamon. I add a lot) Sprinkle the vanilla pudding powder/cinnamon mixture over dough. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar. Drizzle over the top of the dough. I add the pecans and raisins at this point. Cover the bundt pan with a light dish towel and let it raise overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake Cinnamon Roll cake for 20 minutes. Remove cake from bundt pan by turning upside down on a serving plate. Allow to cool a little but eating it warm is the best!!

Enjoy!

Sounds heavenly!! I'm hungry! I'll have to try it and let you know how I do. I tend to screw up even the simplest of receipes.
