I love the color of the Autumn leaves in Utah. The closest we get to those colors are from our neighbor's tree that provides the only shade in our backyard. Each November we happily rake up the leaves. Griff, Isaac and Noah enjoy jumping and playing in the leaves much more than scooping leaves into the green waste can. I'm grateful they help me clean up leaves. It was a fun day!
Friday and Saturday, November 28th & 29th, our Christmas traditions began. Christmas lights and decorations galore! I loved it. The fog came in right on cue. The lights look beautiful with fog all around. It feels like Christmas!
We chose our Christmas tree and set it up on Friday night. Saturday night we watched "White Christmas," drank hot chocolate, warmed ourselves by a roaring fire in our fireplace and decorated the Christmas tree.
I love the holidays!
